Worldwide Bear Hunting

Few places in the world offer the
adventure and remoteness of Kamchatka. When we opened
Kamchatka to hunting (we were the first company to take
hunters to this part of the world), the number and consistency
of big bears taken was incredible. Today, we continue to offer
the unsurpassed quality of hunting, although the average size
of bears is not what is was in
1990.
THE BEAR FACTS: Don't be duped by
the unknowing "agent" that will tell you there are 10 foot
bears behind every tree. The reality is, that bears of 8 ½-9'
(squared) are what you should expect and if you hunt hard and
are willing to pass up a few bears you may get lucky and take
a bear in the 9 ½ - 10'+ class.
BE
CAREFUL: Unlike some companies, who offer "volume"
hunts at low prices, we take a limited number of hunters each
season. This ensures us the best areas, with limited hunting
pressure. You WON'T be in a camp with 8 or 10 other hunters...
we limit our camps to 2-3 hunters each. Hunt price is $8200 to
$8900, depending on number of hunters. This price is from
arrival in Petropavlovsk. Additional costs NOT included in
this price: airfare to Petropavlovsk, hotels/meals
before/after the hunt, visa fee, CITES permit, tips and items
of a personal nature.
THE
DIFFERENCE: As with all of our hunts in Russia and
the former Soviet republics, you will be met upon arrival by
one of our professional Moscow office staff. You will be fully
escorted by our staff for the duration of your hunt. This
ensures that all of the proper paperwork is handled correctly
and you will have all documentation in order for your return
trip. As all of our past hunters have experienced, our staff
