PUNJAB
URIAL?
Our GOODWILL Ambassador of hunting just returned
from successful and exciting urial hunts in Pakistan. He was
the first hunter into the Punjab Province in many years and
really connected well with the Royal Family. It has taken our
Pakistan partner two years to obtain Government approval for
these hunts - our collective thanks for making this hunting
opportunity
available. | |

|
We still have a few Punjab urial
permits available that can be taken from now until March 31,
2004.
Here are a few of his comments:
- "We were met at the airport
in Islamabad and were well taken care of for the whole hunt
by Safari Outfitters' partner. - who is amazing. He had
everything in order and we stayed at the 4* Mariott Hotel.
Islamabad is a clean, safe and modern city."
- "The next day, we were
escorted to the guest house of the Palace, which is located
on the banks of the famous Indus River. The guest "home"
where we stayed has had past guests such as Queen Elizabeth,
Eleanor Roosevelt, Jackie Kennedy, King Faisal of Saudi
Arabia, etc. so you can image how nice the accommodations
were."
- "The sheep population is in
excellent shape and if anything, they may have too many
rams. We found several dead, medium sized horned rams that
had died due to fighting during the rut, which had ended not
long before we got there."
- "Would I go again? Hell yea!
I can't wait!"
We offer a 7-day schedule from
arrival in Islamabad at the 2004 rate of $20,000 - next year
the rates will be higher for sure. You will never forget this
ROYAL hunt - it is the only hunt like it on the
planet.
