Question: How big do Canadian
moose get?
Answer: In this particular area,
REALLY BIG!
Make your plans now, to hunt with
our top moose outfitter in northern British Columbia. This
area borders the Yukon, so the genetics are excellent and some
huge moose are taken each season. Success is high -
generally 90-100%. This area has produced the current #1 SCI
bull (557 points), as well as several bulls that have made it
in the top of the B&C book. Bulls up to 63+" are taken
each season.

Hunting is done from remote lakes within the
3,000 square-mile hunting concession with the use of boats,
and in some areas, with horses. Hunts take place during the
rut in September and October and give you an opportunity to
look at many bulls. Our own Clark Jeffs has hunted this region
and can give you first-hand information on the entire
operation. It is an outstanding area with a first rate
outfitter....and to top it off, the prices are reasonable
- $6000 for a full 10 day 2x1 hunt, or 1x1 for only
$7300! Prices do not include air charter, license/tag or
tax. | |
