One of our long time outfitters in the Brooks
Range offers you the chance to hunt grizzly bears on as close
to a guaranteed basis as you will find! You have this assurance
from the outfitter… “If you don’t take a bear during
your hunt, you can either stay for extra days for no extra cost
or return for free the next season" (license/tag/transport
NOT included). |

In the 10+ years that we have represented
this operation, we have had only one (1) hunter not take a bear
and he is going back for free this year! Grizzly bear populations
are very good, which is attributed to good game management on
his part, as well as the Alaska Dept. of Fish & Game. Bears
taken range in size from 7' to 9'+. The average bear would be
more along the 7 ½’ line. |

In addition to the great bear hunting,
he also offers some excellent caribou hunting. The cost of
his 8 day (10 day schedule) bear hunt is $9000 or a 10 day
(12 day schedule) grizzly/caribou combo hunt for $10,500.
The outfitter is a license/tag vendor, so all of this can
be taken care of while you are in camp. He runs an excellent
outfit and we have had only positive comments from the many
hunters we have sent to him over the last decade. As of April
1, 2003 we have 2 openings available with a start date of
approximately Sep. 2. This is an excellent chance for you
