Marco Polo—Kyrgyzstan
There are thousands of sheep but they are typically smaller than those found in our hunting areas in Tajikistan – however, the prices are lower as well. A good Marco Polo in Kyrgyzstan is from 48-52” – with a few going 55-60”. Elevations are from 6,000’ to 13,000’ --- lower than in Tajikistan.
We offer a 14-day schedule from the U.S. with 10-full hunting days. Ibex are available in the area on a trophy fee basis. The best hunting is conducted in late September through November.
The traditional mountain hunting is really enjoyed by our hunters. Hunting is conducted via horseback and on foot. Accommodations are typically in permanent camps with hot water, comfortable beds and showers.
